This is the 7th installment of my sake brewery tour, and I went to Uozaki-go in Kobe. This is my second time visiting the five Nada sake breweries, following my previous visit to Imazu-go. Uozaki-go, which spreads along the Sumiyoshi River, is blessed with the pure groundwater of Mount Rokko, producing excellent sake. I stayed at Comfort Hotel ERA Sannomiya, about a 5-minute walk from each station, and located next to the Sannomiya bus terminal, which is currently under construction. Once the terminal is completed, transportation will be even more convenient.
