She Grabbed My Camera In A Courthouse - Deputies Did Nothing!

On September 15th 2022 I was peacefully exercising my First Amendment rights at Bingham County Courthouse in Blackfoot, Idaho. A county employee named Danielle Wooten approached me and asked if I needed help. I asked her name first. She grabbed my hand. Squeezed it hard. Tried to rip my camera from my hand. In a courthouse. On camera. Deputies referred me to city police. Lieutenant cited Idaho Supreme Court decision "State vs Clark" — said they couldn't physically arrest her without seeing it happen themselves.
