Sahipsiz Bilgisayarları Ne Yapıyorum? Satılıyor Mu Yoksa Hurda Mı?!

What Do I Do with Abandoned Computers? Do I Sell Them or Do I Scrap Them?! My process for dealing with abandoned computers is actually quite patient and systematic. First of all, I don't rush to determine if a computer is truly abandoned. Initially, I keep the device for a certain period of time. This period isn't short; on the contrary, it covers a fairly long time frame. Because every item has an owner, and perhaps the person is simply temporarily unreachable. Before reaching this point, I always try to contact them. First, I call; if they don't answer, I send a message. If there's no response, I send another message a month later. My goal is to reach the owner of the device and remind them that it belongs to them. If these attempts are unsuccessful, I start storing the computer among other scrap, stacked on top of each other. After 3-4 months, I try to contact them again. Because sometimes people can't respond due to prolonged commitments or other reasons. However, if I still don't receive any response during this time, I reach the end of my patience. I wait one last time, about a month. This final waiting period is my last chance to reach its owner. And the result… If, despite all my efforts, I receive no response whatsoever, I conclude that the computer is ownerless. At this point, my conscience is clear, because I have tried repeatedly, shown patience, and given it enough time. Enjoy… I think this process is the clearest demonstration of patience and responsibility. Because deciding that an item is truly ownerless isn't easy; but I've tried all possible ways and waited long enough.
