This visual was requested by: ‪@B9TLOptareOlympus‬ The N140 is operated by Metroline Travel from Harrow Weald [HD] Garage using Mark II Gemini 3 B5LH's. This is one of my favourite night routes that passes from Harrow Weald, Wealdstone, Harrow Bus Station, South Harrow, Northolt, Yeading, Hayes, Harlington and Heathrow. The route was reintroduced in December 2019 after being withdrawn in 2004. The route pretty much covers the former 140 route length. The 140 used to go from Harrow Weald to Heathrow. Then the route was cut to Hayes & Harlington Station. At the same time that section between Heathrow was replaced by new routes 278 (Ruislip - Heathrow) & X140 (Harrow Bus Station - Heathrow), now SL9. It's kinda sad how this is Harrow Weald [HD's] only Heathrow route left, but at least they didn't lose this route to RATP. This footage was filmed before the SL9 change, so you'd see some X140 buses. Also, the bus stop mat line was painted at Harrow Bus Station. I kept the London Borough logos unblended into the background because they wouldn't really be seen at night so yh.
