NYMR | LMS Black 5 works the Whitby Train! Diesel works the Diner!

A day at the North Yorkshire Moors Railway with both Steam and Diesel working the services. On the day only one steam engine continued to work the services due to the fire risk still in place with the warm weather. Locomotives working the services were LMS Black 5 (44806), BR Class 37 (37264) on the Diner and BR Class 37 (37688) ‘Great Rocks’. Footage took place on Tuesday 7th July 2026 with footage captured at Grosmont Railway Station, line side at Grosmont and at Grosmont MPD where numerous locomotives were captured including USATC S160 (2253) ‘Omaha’ and SR Schools Class (926) ‘Repton’.
