I love Country Chicken & Fish in Lakeland! I heard it’s the best homemade fried chicken ever in all of Polk County, but I do know that I never leave hungry and happy. I love how they make the baked beans and chicken and the slaw is pretty good too. It's been here since 1983, and it's still going strong and it’s always so crowded. I’d definitely recommend calling your order in for pick up, because it gets really crowded, and parking lot is small.
