Here's some of my suggestions: Acid damage prevents regeneration; use multiple damage types and force it to juggle its Immunities; Incapacitating it through magical means (it is not resistant to magic); Restraining it; Banishing it to another dimension (although a DM would be wise to make this difficult through encounter design). 🐉Love D&D?
