Players are secretly assigned good or evil roles with unique abilities, led by a storyteller. The good team wins by correctly identifying and executing the demon, while the evil team wins by eliminating the good team or surviving until only two players (the demon and one good player) remain. Gameplay alternates between day and night phases, involving discussion, voting for execution, and nighttime role abilities.
