FOR THE LAMB TANDOORI: -Lamb shanks or another bone-in cut of lamb (as many as you want) -Sea salt, olive oil, butter, glass jar and 2 in 1 parchment & foil. FOR THE ALMOND BULGUR PILAF: -3 tablespoons of butter -A handful of almonds -1 small sachet of pine nuts -1 small onion -1 carrot -2 glasses of extra extra coarse bulgur -4 glasses of hot water (I used 3 glasses of water + 1 glass of broth) -1 teaspoon of cinnamon -A handful of black currants -1 level teaspoon of allspice -Salt HEAT THE OVEN TO 180 DEGREES, USE THE FAN-FORCED SETTING, COOK IT UNTIL IT’S WELL-COOKED. COOKING TIME DEPENDS ON THE AGE OF THE LAMB YOU ARE COOKING. MINE TOOK ONE HOUR AND A HALF.
