BMW Vacuum pump and seal replacement. N52 engine, part 1
the N52 engine powers most of the BMW platform from 2004 to 2015. The one in the video is a 2007 BMW X3. However this engine as well as the similar N51 engine can be found in a 3 series all the way up to a 7 series. In this video I remove the vacuum pump/ brake booster seal. It is a BMW so it requires a special tool. The tool is Sku #0361-L from the sight Freedom Racing. You will also need a new seal. the part # is 7530262-02. The part ships from overseas on most eBay listing, so plan ahead, or it is $30 at BMW.
