Mizuno Wave Sky 9 Review | ¿Es la zapatilla más cómoda de 2025?

https://www.roadrunningreview.com/en/... We want it all: comfort, top-notch cushioning, and a touch of responsiveness. Mizuno wants to fulfill this fantasy with its top-of-the-line cushioning model: the Mizuno Wave Sky 9. How will it turn things around? Well, in the midsole, with a dual foam: the Mizuno Enerzy Nxt compound we already know from the Neo Vista 2 on top, and the Mizuno Enerzy EVA foam on the bottom. What do we think of this clash of worlds? It's very curious from the start: a maximalist shoe with a foam containing injected nitrogen... if nothing else, we're eager to try it. Even so, it doesn't intend to stray from the shoe's original purpose, as the new Mizuno Wave Sky 9 maintains its focus on maximum protection and comfort, designed to rack up the miles, ideal for light workouts, recovering from leg injuries, or simply for those looking for a comfortable and stable shoe for everyday use. Thus, the main change is in the midsole: it now features two distinct layers. The upper part features Mizuno Enerzy Next, a lighter and more reactive compound. The lower part features Mizuno Enerzy EVA, which aims to add stability and balance the stride. All of this is combined with an especially wide base that improves stability, especially for heavier runners. Other notable changes include the reduction in drop, which drops to 6 mm, and the increase in profiles, resulting in a more pronounced cushioning sensation without losing control over the stride. The weight is also reduced: 280 grams for the men's version and 230 grams for the women's version. The upper maintains the woven fabric, albeit with heat-sealed adjustments and internal padding. The heel counter area has been reinforced for added support and stability at every transition. Additionally, the sole has a new pattern: the transverse grooves have been eliminated, giving way to a more continuous and rounded design, while maintaining the XT900 compound as a base to ensure traction and durability. With all these changes, we're really looking forward to trying them out, so stay tuned for the review; there are curves to come. 00:00 Introduction 01:02 Runner Type 04:25 Pace 08:19 Distance -------------------------------- YouTube:    / @roadrunningreview   Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/roadrunningr...
