We’re docked in St. Vincent aboard Virgin Voyages’ Valiant Lady, and this port day took some unexpected turns. Instead of booking through the cruise line, we grabbed a great-priced island tour right at the port and set off to explore. Along the way, we visited scenic overlooks, lush landscapes, and even a striking black sand beach formed by volcanic activity. Of course, no island stop is complete without trying the local flavors — so we sampled a local beer and rum… and let’s just say, they didn’t quite win us over. 😅 Back onboard, we had a relaxing late lunch at The Dock House, before getting ready for one of Virgin’s most famous events — Scarlet Night. Dinner was at The Wake, Virgin’s upscale steakhouse. The steaks? Solid. The vibe? Elevated. And once night fell, the ship transformed. Scarlet Night brought high-energy shows, pop-up performances, and a wild After Party on the pool deck where sailors absolutely cut loose.
