Nelson Level 1 Week 7 Recap (08/06/26)

Level 1 week 7 class recap video; This week we continued looking at our Charleston footwork by changing the rhythms a bit, using continuous travelling kick steps versus a "swing, hold, rock step" pattern not travelling to change the momentum/direction. We then added rotational energy to the same pattern to create "kick-ups" and added a free spin out of the rotation after our kicks "in together" turning out and around 360 degrees with travelling kick steps around that circle back into closed.
