Aerial yoga class - back bending and hips
This is a feel-good, beginner-friendly, slow and stretchy aerial yoga flow. We will open the shoulders, chest and hips. There are inversions and Shavasana at the end. Please be mindful when going upside down, and do not do anything you are not comfortable with. This is not for complete beginners; however, If you're a kind of beginner who has already taken one or two classes in an aerial hammock, you can try this class!
