Turn Round 3: ssc 1 dc in corner, skip 1 dc and place 2dcs in between, skip 2 dcs, fpdc, dc ch1 dc in ch space, fpdc, Sk 2 dc, 2 dc in between Sk 1 dc and corner (2 dcs ch2 2 dcs) repeat around. In last corner 2 dcs and hdc join. Ch 1. Turn. Round 4: ssc 1 dc in corner, Sk 1 fpdc, dc ch1 dc in between, fpdc, Sk 2, fpdc, dc ch1 dc in ch space, fpdc, sk 2, fpdc, dc ch1 dc in between, fpdc, 2dcs ch2 2dcs in the corner, repeat down the sides and corner in the corners. In last corner 2 dcs and hdc join. Ch 1. Turn. Repeat rounds 3 and 4 till the blanket is as large as you like. Border Round 1: Single crochet (sc) into the corner. Sc into each dc (skip chain spaces). Into the corners sc ch2 sc. In the last corner sc and hdc join. Ch 1. Border Round 2: half double crochet (hdc) in the corner, hdc in each sc, hdc ch2 hdc in the corners. In the last corner hdc then hdc join to 1st hdc. Border Round 3: sc into the corner, sc into each sc but through back loop(s) only. Into the corners 3 sc . In the last corner 2 sc and slip stitch to join.
