Divya Unni is an Actor and a Dancer. She was very popular actor in the nineties after which she moved to the U. S. She is now completely immersed in her career as a Dancer and runs a dance school in the US. She is now in India performing for the Guiness world Record with 12,000 other Bharatanatyam dancers. It is called Mridanganadam - an attempt to bring most number of dancers performing Bharatanatyam together at one time. She has choreographed the dance; the lyrics of the song were written by Kaithapram Damodaran Namboothiri. Her movie hits include Akashaganga, Oru Maravathoor Kanavu, Varnapakkittu. She has been married twice and now lives with her second husband Arun Kumar Manikandan. She has three children.
