Today it has done €4M and pulls €100K to €200K in net profit every single month. In this case study I break down exactly what we changed, step by step. We launched it targeting Norway. One month in, the numbers told us everything: ROAS bouncing between 2 and 3, revenue flat at €500/day, no momentum. So we did a full market switch. The month after, we almost hit €500K. Then Google hit us with a Merchant Center misrepresentation suspension. We fixed it, but the store never recovered. High CPCs, dead products, unstable ROAS.
