Level Up Your Softr No-Code App Build With Action Buttons | Softr.io Tutorial 2022

In this video I show you how to take your Softr game to the next level showing how to build advanced features into your no-code app build such as how to let users like items, favourite or save for later, and pretty much trigger any action directly from a list block inside of your Softr No-Code App Builder Studio! In future videos planned for this series we show you further advanced features surrounding enhanced interactivity with users through your no-code platform (e.g. updating records, forums, knowledge resources, user profiles, follow users, upvoting, payments etc.) so stay tuned. 😎 We are in the process of developing our No-Code community & all resources accompanying this tutorial can be found inside our community, including an embedded copy of the airtable base shown in this tutorial! This is the piece of script required re: email hidden field so that when the user clicks the action button on your Softr No-Code Webapp, it automatically submits their email address that they are logged in directly to your actions table in your Airtable base (note: this must go in the "value" field of your hidden field in your Softr form block): {LOGGED_IN_USER:EMAIL} This is the piece of script required re: Record ID hidden field so that when the user clicks the action button on your Softr No-Code Webapp, it automatically submits the Record ID of the current list item that they are clicking on directly to your actions table in your Airtable base (note: this must go in the "value" field of your hidden field in your Softr form block): {URL_PARAM:recordId} And remember: the tag of each of your form fields must match EXACTLY the name of the corresponding column that you are mapping it to in Airtable.
