The work unfolds in seven movements, tracing the path of Christ’s life: from the revealing light that calls us, through response and following, humility and glory made manifest, mercy and compassion walked together, to taking up the cross in offering, and to the joy of resurrection and new life, finally walking on together upon the Rock of the Church. This is not music that explains a story, but an invitation to enter, remain, and continue in contemplation. Presented as a chamber quintet, the sound becomes space for reflection and breath, not emotional drama. Response is not only hearing, but rising.
