On March 13, 2017, at 1:00 PM Moscow time, bailiffs, in the presence of police, broke down the door to the apartment where the Dyakov family, a large family, lived and evicted the couple and their three children. As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," on March 13, 2015, a Sochi court, acting on a lawsuit from the mayor's office, decided to evict the Dyakovs and their children from their apartment in temporary housing. On November 17, 2016, the Dyakovs filed a petition to review the eviction decision due to newly discovered circumstances: in addition to the birth of their third child, another child had become disabled.
