Tsuyama City, Okayama Prefecture - Hormone Yaki Udon [Okonomiyaki Saegusa] (^^)/ Hormone Yaki Udon won third place in the B1 Grand Prix, a local B-class gourmet food competition! I went to try it~ It's incredibly delicious - as expected from a restaurant ranked third in the nation (^^)/ The horumon is simply delicious. I had the horumon udon with miso and salt sauces.
