More than 6,900 flats launched in June BTO exercise
More than 6,900 flats across seven projects were launched in this month's Build-To-Order exercise. Over a third are flats with shorter waiting times of around three years or less, in Kebun Baru and Sembawang. Analysts say application rates for first-time families at some popular projects could go up to as high as four times. Natalie Ong reports.
