This week we begin our exploration of Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Framework of the Public Sector, which regulates internal relations: that is, the internal relationship between Public Administrations themselves. Composed of a preliminary title and three main titles, this time we will examine the first chapter of the preliminary title, focused on the objectives of the law and general principles, which covers articles 1 to 4.
