SRI LANKA'DA TÜRK KÖYÜ BULDUM! 🇹🇷 (Kimse Bilmiyor) ~220

📍 This video begins our Sri Lankan adventure with a small mirror accident we experienced while using the three-wheeled tuktuk we rented, and the repair process at a local workshop. After navigating the island nation's challenging traffic and refueling experiences, we visit the Turkish Village, built by the Turkish Red Crescent after the 2004 tsunami, where our flag flies proudly on the ocean shore. Later in the video, we head to the capital, Colombo, and meet with İnfaz, who learned Turkish online on his own. After tasting the traditional biryani dish he offers at his home and visiting his workshop where he makes bags, we dive into Colombo's bustling local markets. We witness interesting conversations, from a rat poison seller to local shopkeepers looking for brides from Türkiye; finally, we conclude our day by experiencing the atmosphere of the historic Red Mosque (Jami Ul-Alfar), notable for its architecture, and the local ablution culture. ⏱️ *VIDEO SECTIONS* 0:00 Introduction to the video, surfing and Sri Lanka traffic 0:04:48 Tuk-tuk mirror repair in Sri Lanka's industrial area 0:08:45 Departure by tuk-tuk and card payment experience 0:11:20 Visit to the Turkish Village built by the Turkish Red Crescent 0:14:45 Arrival in Colombo and meeting İnfaz abi, who is learning Turkish 0:18:09 Homemade biryani served at İnfaz abi's house 0:23:16 Visit to a local bag factory 0:28:22 Diving into the Colombo local market and interesting tradesmen 0:33:37 Historic Red Mosque (Jami Ul-Alfar) and local culture 0:38:04 Closing 📌 You can learn about who I am by visiting this link: [https://www.stajyerseyyah.com/tr/stor...] 📌 You can access my social media accounts below, and view my travels and photos on my website: [https://www.stajyerseyyah.com/]
