Nutella Ravioli decadent chocolate pasta • An explosion of flavours for Easter 2021

What can be more decadent than pasta and Nutella? Today I share with you this adventure of creating a fresh home made "chocolate pasta" with Nutella filling. I think even Easter bunny will be lost after tasting this delicious dessert. Let me know in the comments what do you think. It's  mesmerizing. Stay tuned! Nutella Ravioli 2 cups All-purpose flour 2 ½ tablespoons unsweetened chocolate powder 2/3 cup water 1 tablespoon olive oil + more for brushing Nutella Berries and confectioner sugar for decoration 1. In a large bowl, place 1 ¾ cups the flour, chocolate powder and olive oil. Have the remaining flour nearby for dusting during kneading. 2. Add the water, adding as much water as needed to make a sticky but compact dough. 3. Knead the dough with your hands for 10 minutes. Form a ball and wrap it in plastic and allow dough to rest for at least 30 minutes at room temperature. 4. Roll the pasta dough out as if you were making regular pasta, using either a pasta machine or a stand mixer with a pasta attachment or a rolling pin. 5. Roll the pasta sheet until the pasta is thin, but strong enough to be lifted off from the countertop. 6. Cut the pasta sheet in squares, 4x4 inches. 7. Add about 1 teaspoon of Nutella in the center of the square, moist the edges with water and fold the dough in a triangle shape, making sure to seal the edges very well. 8. Brush some olive oil on both sides of the ravioli and bake at 350 degrees F for 10–13 minutes in the oven using a parchment paper lined baking tray, turning once half way or at 320-325 degrees F in the air fryer, for 10 minutes. 9. Decorate with berries and confectioner sugar on top and serve with our easy to make raspberry sauce. Enjoy!! Every Friday I upload a new episode here.
