Cutting Off My Train to Make a Flutter Sleeve

This bride wanted to add a flutter sleeve to her gown BUT there is no extra fabric so we would have to source from her train. This is a RARE alteration since flutter sleeve take a lot of fabric and her dress has an intricate design that limits our fabric even more.
