President Karol Nawrocki invited representatives of ALL parliamentary clubs and groups to the New Constitution Council. The inaugural meeting of the Council was held at the Belweder Palace. The Civic Coalition did not send a representative. The Left announced a boycott. The Polish People's Party (PSL) refused. The Confederation came.
