Delhi News: दिल्ली में GPA रजिस्ट्री का अंत! अब मकान खरीदना होगा महंगा?

दिल्ली की अनाधिकृत कॉलोनियों में अब GPA के जरिए प्रॉपर्टी खरीद-बिक्री पर सख्ती होगी। सरकार ने टैक्स चोरी, फर्जीवाड़े और डबल सेलिंग रोकने के लिए नए नियम लागू किए हैं। अब ज्यादातर मामलों में पूरी रजिस्ट्री और स्टांप ड्यूटी जरूरी होगी। इससे खरीदारों को कानूनी सुरक्षा मिलेगी, लेकिन खर्च भी बढ़ेगा। Stricter regulations will now apply to the buying and selling of properties via General Power of Attorney (GPA) in Delhi's unauthorized colonies. The government has implemented new rules to curb tax evasion, fraud, and the practice of selling the same property to multiple buyers. In most cases, a formal property registration and payment of stamp duty will now be mandatory.
