Plantura: 300,000 plants, Odoo to bring it all together

Rezolv became part of dear digital in 2026. Plantura is a Belgian B2B nursery in Bocholt that supplies professional growers with more than 300,000 products. As the team grew past 20 people, a problem crept in: too much of how things worked lived in people's heads, spread across a patchwork of tools and manual steps. It held up day to day, but it wasn't built for the next stage of growth beyond the Benelux. Instead of ripping everything out and dropping in a full ERP, we started where it mattered most. We built out CRM and quoting in Odoo first, so the sales team could work faster without touching the systems running the back office. The existing order management stayed put for now, and we mapped a clear path forward: accounting in nine months, then purchasing and the rest of sales. The payoff already shows in the quoting: faster to build, easier to manage, and structured enough to handle 30,000+ product varieties without the team tripping over it.
