GANG STALKING TRAUMA: The Power Game | Psychotherapy Crash Course

Gang stalking is not a topic that is discussed as frequentyly as it should be. More conversations about this and the many ways that people think about gang stalking could help reduce unnecessary anxiety, fear, and paranoia. In some situations, gang stalking isn't truly happening, but rather: 1. an experience of psychosis (a detachment from reality), 2. hallucinations (an overwhelming sense of false sensory experiences), OR 3. the fear and paranoia of CPTSD and PTSD Even a history of family trauma and dysfunctional dynamics can lead to a false theory of gang stalking. With all the information readily available at our fingertips, it's so easy to type into a search bar "gang stalking" and find a false definition that will lead to perceptions of reality that is false. OR It could lead to a truth that needs to be inspected.
