Growth in the Christian life doesn't happen by sheer willpower — it's a partnership. Like a farmer who tills, plants, and waters but cannot force a single seed to sprout, we are called to cultivate the conditions for change: engaging with Scripture, leaning into community, and pursuing prayer and worship. The growth itself? That's God's work. Our job is simply to prepare the soil of our hearts and trust Him to do what only He can do. The good news is that no matter where you are in life, growth is possible. When the right conditions are in place, God's work takes root. That means evaluating your environment, making the hard choices to remove what's crowding out change, and asking God with open hands to grow you — then having the courage to embrace it when He does.
