Episode-5 of Ziro Series. Lapang-Babo Bote ceremony is one of the most important tradition and culture of Apatani Tribe of Ziro, Arunachal Pradesh, India. The ceremony is performed by each and every clan of Apatani Tribe few months before the beginning of Myoko Festival. Myoko Festival is one of the most important festival of Apatani Tribe. Its celebrate by each village once in every three year. The entire village of Ziro are divided into three groups and each group celebrates the festival alternative once in three years. This video is about the Lapang-Babo Bote ceremony of Padu-Tapi Clan of Hong Village. I have shared my personal experience of the ceremony.
