NAD 3020 : la restauration qui a failli mal tourner ! Tests + écoute comparative

In this video, I take on the full restoration of a legendary amplifier: the NAD 3020. On the menu: a complete recap, cleaning and restoration, improved cable management, transformer modification for more suitable operation on 240 V mains, testing of the new A122 configuration, measurements, voltage checks… with one slightly stressful moment where it actually starts sparking during the tests! I also show you the before/after of the restoration, along with a direct listening test of the amp to hear what this NAD 3020 sounds like once it has been brought back to life. This video combines troubleshooting, vintage restoration, electronic measurements and listening comparison, with the goal of giving this Hi-Fi classic a second life. ⚠️ Warning: working on a mains-powered amplifier can be dangerous. Do not attempt these procedures without sufficient knowledge and without taking all the necessary safety precautions.
