3 station Thermoforming Machine with Robotic Unloading function for plastic tray, blister, etc.

🔧 Machine Overview 3-Station Design: Heating → Forming → Cooling → Cutting → Unloading Robotic Arm: Handles finished parts for stacking/trimming Dual Pressure System: Positive pressure (6–10 bar) + Vacuum suction 🔄 Step-by-Step Workflow Station 1: Heating 🔥 Plastic sheet is automatically fed to the heating station. Infrared ceramic heaters evenly soften the sheet to its forming temperature (typically 150–300°C). Multi-zone temperature control ensures uniform heating. Station 2: Forming (Positive & Negative Pressure) ⚙️ The heated sheet indexes to the forming station, where it is clamped over the mold. Positive Pressure: Compressed air (6–10 bar) pushes the sheet into fine details of the mold (e.g., sharp corners, textures). Negative Pressure: Simultaneously, a vacuum draws the sheet tightly against the mold, eliminating air bubbles and ensuring uniform wall thickness. Plug Assist (optional) pre-stretches the sheet for deep-drawn parts. Station 3: Cooling & Robotic Unloading ❄️🤖 Cooling: The formed part is rapidly cooled using water-cooled molds and air jets to solidify the shape. Cooling time is optimized to prevent warping. Robotic Unloading: A robotic arm (equipped with custom grippers or suction cups) approaches the mold. The robot precisely grips the finished part and lifts it from the mold. It then transfers the part to: A trimming station (CNC or die-cutter) for edge finishing. A stacking conveyor for packaging. Simultaneously, the robot may remove any scrap (web) for recycling.
