BECOME A MEMBER!    / @supernerddaniel   ========================================================== So, sometime last year (before my old computer crapped out on me), I made a video I'd wanted to make for a while, talking about the character arc of Prince Zuko from Avatar: The Last Airbender, and why I thought his arc was one of the best-written of any character in any form of fictional media. However, one of the things I didn't really touch on is how Zuko's life was influenced by the dynamic between himself and the other members of his family, and that's because I wanted to touch on that more in another video, specifically focusing on another excellently-written character from Avatar, and someone whose life, motivations, and ambitions were also greatly influenced by Fire Lord Ozai -- that being Zuko's sister, Princess Azula. Voiced by the highly-talented Grey DeLisle-Griffin, Princess Azula stepped into the spotlight during Book 2 of Avatar (after being teased a few times throughout Book 1), and immediately made her presence felt with her swift and precise Firebending style, her iconic and unique blue fire, and her cold, calculating, and cruel nature. And considering she's one of my favorite antagonists ever, I wanted to do a video looking deep into her upbringing, and how it brought about this rather callous personality, not to mention how that very upbringing may have played into her eventual downfall by the show's end.
