Thrift Flip Challenge Rules: $10 budget to thrift one or multiple items that we have to flip into a new outfit. In this video, Joanne sent me a very dated two piece set and a little bit of trim to upcycle. I was really inspired by vintage playsuits and ended up making this matching set!
