Tirsuli or Trishuli and Hardeval or Hardeol peaks are located at Junction of Eastern Garhwal Himalaya and Kumaon Himalaya. East and south side of these peaks drains to Milam Glacier, West to Bagini Glacier and North side to Siraunch Glacier. These peaks are very difficult to climb hence have very few successful climbs. In 1974, two Indian and two New Zealand women team members killed in avalanche while climbing from Milam side.
