Modern-Day 1960's Brightening Eye Makeup Tutorial | Shonagh Scott

Here is my modern-day 1960's inspired, brightening eye makeup! This makeup would be perfect for a summer garden party. I've intentionally kept the look soft without any harsh liner, as was originally used in the 1960s, as I want this to be suitable for all ages. Using a bright cream eyeshadow in a matte finish helps to give the appearance of a bigger lid space, and pulling the cream out on the outer edge is a great way to give the illusion of a more almond-shaped eye.
