Wild Cherry Jam
3½ cups of cherry juice and pulp 1 package of surejell 4 cups of sugar Mix juice and surejell in a pot. Bring to a boil. Add sugar. Bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Ladle mixture into sterilized jars. Seal jars with sterilized lids and rings. Waterbath for 10 minutes. Let jars sit over night. Check seal on jars next morning. Store in a cool, dark place.
