What Speakers Were Used?? Metallica's Master of Puppets...

Without a doubt I wouldn't be doing this without hearing Metallica's Master of Puppets or And Justice For All. The guitar tones on those albums absolutely captivated me as I'd never heard anything like it. As a teenager in Australia, I had no idea what a Mesa Mk2C+ was. I didn't know anything more than a Gorilla 15w, Marshall Valvestate and a Boss DS1. To work out guitar tones you really needed to discover them yourselves by testing out amps and trying different effects. Maybe stumbling upon my sister's keyboard amp (Roland Jazz) and realising that if you make the chorus really slow it sounds like Metallica clean tones :) The distortion rhythm tones had me on my knees until the internet came along and I discovered forums!!! To install them on your katana mkii, the easiest way is to drag the downloaded files to your desktop. Open up the tone studio with your katana connected and go to the top right corner and click the down arrow.
