Rose Apple / Champaka Wine (Preparation Recipe) Champaka. -1kg • Water -1 liter Yeast -3/4 tsp Sugar -1 kg Whole Wheat / Kernels - 1 tsb Steps to make delicious wine Cut the rose apples into small pieces and clean them well. Clean the container and dry it well. Once cooled, pour it into the container for fermentation. Then add sugar, yeast and wheat to the container. Stir it and cover it airtight. Stir it well on alternate days and cover it airtight again. Continue this for 21 days and strain it through a muslin cloth. Do not squeeze it. Store the filtered wine in an airtight container. The same container can be reused. The container does not need to be cleaned again. Make sure that any residue left in the container is removed. You can start using the wine after a month. Notes •Ripe ones are best. You can still use semi-ripe ones. •Make sure that the container/vessel is thoroughly cleaned and dried.
