Transnormativity. What’s that all about?

I’ve always wondered why so many people think that to be transgender, you have to be trans in a certain way and follow a set path. It’s wrong and very restrictive. There’s a word for it - Transnormativity. So I thought I would just give you my interpretation of what it’s all about.
