2004 Honda Odyssey SRS Light code 6.1 Fixed $10.00

2004 Honda Odyssey EX got a SRS light on with no Seatbelt light. Put a paper clip between pin 4 and 9 on OBD2 terminal and watch the SRS light blinked 6 long flashes followed by 1 short flash indicated that is a 6.1 code "open circuited In Driver Seat Belt Buckle Switch". Solution: 1. Open the driver side belt buckle and clean out the switch with Electrical/Contact cleaner bought from Autozone for $10. 2. Reset the SRS light to clear the trouble code and the seatbelt light now come back on (off when put on seat belt). Tools use in this video: A paper clip, T 10 security bit with a drill, a can of Electrical/Contact cleaner, and a scribe.
