For Cook Mandi Rice ------------------------------------ Heat ghee 1/2 cup Cinnamon sticks 4 pcs Green cardamom 8 pcs Black cardamom 3 pcs Black pepper 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Bay leaves 4 pcs Cloves 20 -25 pcs Dry lemon 5 pcs Onion chopped 1 pc medium size Chopped garlic cloves 3 pcs Cardamom powder 1 tbsp Black pepper 1 tbsp Salt to taste Hot water 2 litters Basmati rice 4.5 cups (soaked before 30 min) Green chilies 5 pcs Pinch red food colour Roasted chicken put on the top rice and Heat off and steam the rice with smoked aroma of charcoal 5 minutes. After 5 minutes mixed before serving.
