डाडामंडी गेंद मेला 2025 | Dadamandi Gend Mela 2025 | Gindi kothik 2025 | गिन्डि कोथिक् २०२५ dadamandi mela 2025 | गेंद का मेला | डांडा मंडी गेंद मेला 2025 ||Dadamandi ka mela| कौन जीता? उत्तराखंड राज्य के जनपद पौड़ी गढ़वाल के यमकेश्वर व दुगड्डा व द्वारीखाल ब्लाक के कुछ स्थानों में मकरसंक्रांति को एक अनोखा खेल खेला जाता ही| इस खेल का नाम ही गेंद मेला|यह एक सामूहिक शक्ति परीक्षण का मेला है|इस मेले में न तो खिलाडियों की संख्या नियत होती ही न इसमें कोई विशेष नियम होते हैं. बस दो दल बना लीजिये और चमड़ी से मढ़ी एक गेंद को छीन कर कर अपनी सीमा में ले जाइये.परन्तु जितना यह कहने सुनने में आसन है उतना है नही, क्योंकि दूसरे दल के खिलाड़ी आपको आसानी से गेंद नहीं ले जाने देंगे|बस इस बस इस गुत्थमगुत्था में गेंद वाला नीचे गिर जाता है जिसे गेन्द का पड़ना कहते है|गेन्द वाले से गेंद छीनने के प्रयास में उसके ऊपर न जाने कितने लोग चढ़ जाती हें| कुछ तो बेहोश तक हो जाते हैं| ऐसी लोगो को बाहर निकल दिया जाता है| होश आने पर वे फिर खेलने जा सकते हैं|जो दल गेन्द को अपनी सीमा में ले जाते हैं वहीं टीम विजेता मानी जाती है | इस प्रकार शक्तिपरीक्षण का यह अनोखा खेल 3 से 4 घन्टे में समाप्त हो जाता है इस खेल का उद्भव यमकेश्वर ब्लाक व् दुगड्डा ब्लाक की सीमा थलनदी नमक स्थान पर हुआ जहाँ मुगलकाल में राजस्थान के उदयपुर अजमेर से लोग आकर बसे हें इसलिए यहाँ की पट्टियों(राजस्व क्षेत्र )के नाम भी उदेपुर वल्ला,उदेपुर मल्ला,उदेपुर तल्ला एवम उदेपुर पल्ला (यमकेश्वर ब्लाक) व अजमीर पट्टिया(दुगड्डा ब्लाक)हैं | थलनदी में यह खेल आज भी इन्हीं लोगो के बीच खेला जाता है|यमकेश्वर में यह किमसार,यमकेश्वर,त्योडों,ताल व कुनाव नामक स्थान पर खेला जाता है तथा द्वारीखाल में यह डाडामंडी व कटघर में खेला जाता है, कटघर में यह उदेपुर व ढागू के लोगो के बीच खेला जाता है| दुगड्डा में यह मवाकोट (कोटद्वार के निकट ) में खेला जाता है A unique game is played on Makar Sankranti in some places of Yamkeshwar, Dugadda and Dwarikhal blocks of Pauri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand state. The name of this game is Gend Mela. It is a fair of collective strength test. In this fair, neither the number of players is fixed nor there are any special rules. Just make two teams and snatch a ball covered with leather and take it to your boundary. But it is not as easy as it sounds, because the players of the other team will not let you take the ball easily. In this tussle, the one with the ball falls down, which is called the ball falling. In an attempt to snatch the ball from the one with the ball, who knows how many people climb on him. Some even faint. Such people are thrown out. When they regain consciousness, they can go to play again. The team that takes the ball to its boundary is considered the winner. Thus, this unique game of strength test ends in 3 to 4 hours. This game originated at a place called Thalnadi on the border of Yamkeshwar Block and Dugadda Block where people from Udaipur Ajmer of Rajasthan settled in Mughal period, hence the names of the Pattis (revenue areas) here are Udepur Valla, Udepur Malla, Udepur Talla and Udepur Palla (Yamkeshwar Block) and Ajmer Pattiya (Dugadda Block). This game is still played among these people in Thalnadi. In Yamkeshwar, it is played at places called Kimsar, Yamkeshwar, Tyodon, Tal and Kunav and in Dwarikhal, it is played in Dadamandi and Katghar, in Katghar, it is played among the people of Udepur and Dhagu. In Dugadda, it is played in Mawakot (near Kotdwar).
