Darrell talks about 10 Years with W.Uden & Sons and working in the Funeral Business
Darrell talks about his 10 years with Udens and shares how he began his career in the funeral industry, the various roles he’s held, and how, amusingly, Matt asked for his tie pin and uniform back just an hour into his first day - after Darrell initially decided the job wasn’t for him. Thankfully, things quickly changed, and we’re incredibly grateful they did. Like many of us, Darrell has since found his calling in this profession. Before joining W. Uden & Sons, Darrell worked as a black cab driver. Since then, he has taken on a variety of roles within the company, including working with the private ambulance team, a bearer, driver, conductor, and in the offices.
