Cooking Under the Palm Trees by the Spring🌴| Making Beetroot Dip, Dates & Fire Tea

Under the palm trees beside a small natural spring, we spent a quiet day in the grove. The sound of flowing water, the shade of the palms, and the warmth of a simple fire made the moment peaceful and beautiful. I placed fresh beetroots in a pot of boiling water over the fire to cook. While the beets were slowly boiling, I walked through the palm grove and gathered the dates that had fallen from the trees. After the beets were ready, I prepared a vibrant beetroot dip. Then we sat by the spring and enjoyed the sweet dates with simple fire‑brewed tea. A small moment of village life in southern Iran — simple food, nature, and calm.
