Join the Discord:   / discord   My first ever reaction video! I don't plan on making a habit of these, but when it comes to Periphery, I can't resist trying out something new! I finally sat down and listened to the entirety of Periphery's new 2026 album "A Pale White Dot"! I filmed this video on Saturday, June 6th. I deliberately avoided all spoilers, including the singles, so that I could have a genuine first-impression reaction to the entirety of the album all at once! I'm so glad I finally did it so that I can now just ENJOY THE NEW SONGS. 🤣 The thought of filming this massive video loomed over my head for so long. On top of that, the export took 9 hours. I haven't even watched this video in full all the way through due to how long it is, so... I hope you guys enjoy it. Some of my facial expressions for reactions to some later songs (Malevolent and Carry On) are kind of funny, so be sure to watch if you can. I dealt with a ton of buffering issues throughout filming this video because I watched on YouTube and filmed through OBS. (If I ever do a reaction video again, I will definitely go about it differently lol.) As a result, I occasionally make a facial expression as a reaction to the buffering, and you'll see a jumpcut when this occurs because I've edited out the buffers so viewer experience is clean.
