Constitutional Court to hand down judgment on SA’s refugee laws
The Constitutional Court will today hand down judgment on whether to uphold a ruling that found parts of South Africa’s refugee laws unconstitutional. At the centre of the case are rules that allowed asylum applications to be rejected on procedural grounds.
