The Real Reason Gen Z is Already Burnt Out..

i'm 22, working in sales, running a business, and i've been genuinely exhausted since i was like 19. this isn't a "hustle harder" video. it's about why so many of us are burnt out before we even hit 25 and why i don't think it's actually our fault. The math is kind of insane when you look at it. entry level pay hasn't kept up with anything. rent doubled. side hustles went from optional to survival. and somewhere along the way "doing your best" became "working yourself into the ground for a system that doesn't care if you break." this is me trying to figure out what comes next. not quitting. not giving up. just being honest about how tired everyone actually is. oh and heres the discord link my friends :)   / discord
